I ordered the wrong product, the product I wanted was the one photographed but the photo did not match the item. My complaint seems to have been lost in translation / their CRM system. I spoke to multiple people and it wasn't until I gave negative feedback that someone apologised and offered to pay for the return. Better late than never, if you don't know the exact part number, email sales and they will tell you.
Strengths
Huge range of stock, fast delivery and will help you find the part you need if you tell them. They do at least refund the shipping of the replacement item if you order the wrong thing.
Improvements or suggestions
Need to make sure the photos on the website are correct and if not offer a no quibble refund including shipping.
