I had a very positive experience with Holland Bike Shop, from the ordering of my helmet to the followup customer service to remedy an issue I had with the fit of its face shield. The added challenge was that I am in Canada (where this particular helmet is not available) and I had to deal with the company being in Holland, which included difficulty with time zones, shipping, etc. Once I reported my concerns, Brenda, the customer service representative I dealt with was very responsive and determined to find a solution, which eventually meant a replacement shield. I love the helmet and now have a new, well fitted face shield. I am extremely pleased with the product and especially the great service.
