Asinine. They shipped me the wrong parts (2 of 3 items on the order). I notified them over and over and they did not respond for 2 weeks, then responded that they "informed me sufficiently." The hub description on their website says (still says) 135mm dropout spacing, and the hub they sent was 148mm, which will not fit the frame of my bike. Finally after 15 emails with photos and proof, they admitted they shipped the wrong parts. They said they would send the correct shifter, but they don't actually stock of the correct hub and would credit me for it. They never credited me for it, and I never got the shifter. I had actually placed a 2nd order while I was waiting for the first one, and it never even came at all. If you want to pay for products that you never get, go with Hollandbikeshop.com. Worst service I have ever seen.

Be honest. If someone buys a product from you, send them that product. Don't take a customer's money and send them something else.
