Not 100% the company's fault, but it's unacceptable to miss a package and DHL will place it 6 KM away from your apartment while having a locker point within 5 minutes of walking distance. I also had to wait until the company received the parcel back to get a refund.

Find a better solution with DHL to let the customer choose the pickup point, or DHL automatically moves the parcel to the NEAREST point of the customer's address. Yes, I tried several DHL apps and created accounts to no avail. The latest app also said that this app is not available in my region (?)
