Ordering was easy. I created an account, where all my contact details were filled in. But I didn't get notification of arrival of my order, either by phone, message nor e-mail. Luckily I got tracking code where I could see (DHL) that the ordered product had reached my home town. By using the tracking code in the application of post office, I could see where it was. There was notification that "receivers' phone number is wrong" (there was no phone number at all) and that "e-mail has been sent" (but no e-mail at all! I checked the spam box as well). Luckily I got the info anyhow and could get my order, few days late.
