Excellent communication and very responsive to my needs. Completed virtual walkthrough when I couldn't have someone go to the property on my behalf. Worked very well with the USAG housing office to make sure that the needs of the base were met. Completed thorough check-in with documentation. Overall Joeri made the housing component of our move very easy and relieved a lot of stress.

I don't think that we're supposed to send a deposit prior to lease approval by the housing office. I sent it because I didn't want to lose the house and it wasn't a lot of money, but that could be a problem for future renters.
