Strengths
I was disappointed with the products that arrived I suspect because the description on your website was insufficient. I am sure the products do what they are supposed to do but the quantities of cleaning products and "probiotic" spray. I was under impression that the filter G3 + G3 meant two pairs of G3 filters not one pair.

We are sorry the discription was not clear enough for you. We did our utmost best to describe all specifactions on the product pages. We will see if we can change the description; "1 set includes 2 pieces. G3+G3, G4+G4 or G4+F7 (EN779)" to make it more clear to our customers.
