Ordered two filter sets. Received both, but one set is damaged...
Company reacted to my complaint and shipped new set. I'll have to cover additional shipping costs to my home as they shipped new set to the original destination (it was temporary address in Germany).

I am sorry to hear that we shipped the new filtersets to your temporary addres in Germany. We were not aware that this was your temporary address. It was the only given shipping address when the order was placed. If we would have been informed directly we would of course have shipped it to your current address. Now we were not able to as we only found out your issue by reading your review online. Please contact us directly next time then we are able to correct it.
