Terrible. I ordered some lifting equipment on a Tuesday required for a job at the weekend. I did not receive it in time so I hired equipment instead. I have had nothing but trouble with UPS and am still awaiting a refund for the item. The feedback from the company is not good and their English is terrible, I cannot understand what they say in their emails!
