My experience has been awful. Full of disappointment. I ordered a single lifting eye. When I ordered it I could not find any reference to when it would be delivered but it said available in stock. If you are ordering from a UK company, something is “in stock” and then you pay £10 DHL delivery charge you expect it within a couple of days. I have been waiting two weeks and no sign of it. I have emailed the company chasing it up and have had no responses whatsoever.
How do you operate like this? No clarity on deliveries and zero customer service.
Please can someone let me know what’s going on. I desperately need the item

When you placed an order our lead time to the UK was 5-7 workdays. This was mentioned on the website when you placed an order.
We are a company in the Netherlands this is why freight costs are 10 GBP.
