Never having even heard of Obelink, I was nervous about making a significant purchase online. Having done so, and been very impressed by their service overall, I would not hesitate to do so again, and to recommend the company to family and friends.
Strengths
Ease of ordering, price and especially speed of delivery: a huge tent ordered on a Saturday evening was received within 5 working days. The tracking number actually did reveal useful information, and I literally tracked the parcel to my door on delivery day. Impressive.
