The service was good, and the product swiftly delivered. However, the package of nuts and bolts was incomplete. This may not be the company's fault - perhaps they are packed by the suppliers, and it would be difficult to count every package, without opening it. However it has meant that I am still waiting for the missing nuts and bolts to be accessed and sent - a week after the package arrived. But the after-sales service has been courteous, and I am assured that the missing parts will be delivered asap
Strengths
Someone should have checked that all the pieces were there. The large ones were, but the small bits - just as essential, since I can not fix the jacking brackets without these specific nuts and bolts, clearly made of very strong steel.
