At first I got a completely different product than I ordered. Since 6/16, when I am ordered and paid for a tent (I mean Lugano 6), I don´t have tent till 7/12. I finally end this trade. I paid for the goods. I ordered Products: tunnel tent 4/6, 1 x 6 Lugano. I've got the goods: outdoor camping Tabel Westfield.
Unfortunately, I have to express great disappointment with your realization of my store. Your approach, the solution of the situation was absolutely unprofessional and unaccommodating. For your mistake, you're till now not apologized to me. The product that I paid, you tell me after three weeks that the goods I paid for is no longer on the menu. That's not my affair. It's your business. Your responsibility was as soon as the error occurred, my goods to ensure or reservation. It is unthinkable, unprofessional and unresponsive to deal with the client. Your fault and meetings you have caused that I was to damaged and I had to cancel accommodation that I had booked a long time. Dear Seller, I do not understand why you do not respond to my last emails? Your worker went on vacation and forgot the customer. Thanks to a personal phone call I found out.
