Having submitted my home address with the wrong house number, I immediately emailed back explaining the situation and giving the right house number. I recieved an email to say that the number was changed and my order will be coming to the right address. Well, it didn't!! Obelink.co.uk hadn't changed the house number at all, contradicting what they said in the email. After arguing with DPD, the UK courier, they said the problem lay at the source. I emailed obelink.co.uk, and how their incompetence had ruined a great weekend, weeks in the planning. They sent a on line reply basically saying they had problems with the computer system, sorry for any inconvenience. Thier was no offer to try and make it up, I was so fed up. I again emailed my frustration asking someone from obelink.co.uk to call me as per their automated response ... "if you have any further queries ... blah blah blah". No one did call me back to discuss this let alone send me a further email.
Awful customer care from this company, and clearly more profit orientated than customer satisfaction. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
