Poor packing, missing items, slow customer service resolution
Strengths
Alko jack, not in manufacturer's packaging, packed loose in an old box with no protection, missing storage bag & all fixing bolts.

The missing items has been shipped by post at 23. February. The AL-KO Jack isn't inclusive a storage bag. So we didn't send you a storage bag. All the other articles are on your way. We expect that you will receive them next week.
