I ordered an item for my caravan, there was a problem with the transaction in that they didn't receive the money. I wasn't aware of this until I emailed them to ask where my purchase was. I then paid them, time went by and I emailed them asking where my item was. They said that the order had not been sent because of a problem with their system? They then sent me the item and when I received it I found that it did not contain all the parts. I emailed them again and they sent me the missing items.
