Rick Dekker is a champ! He was kind and courteous, even though I bombarded him with emails, and even took the extra effort to double-check my order to make sure I was getting the pen that I wanted. Such amazing customer service! Shipping was super quick. I was caught a little off-guard by the added custom fees, but should have expected that as I was purchasing from overseas, and has nothing to do with my experience with this company. Would recommend P.W. Akkerman to anyone!
