Dealing with P.W. was an awesome experience. I had my one and only question answered promptly. The packing was perfect, they even gift wrapped my pen without me asking! They shipped out my parcel super-fast, they also included a personally handwritten note in the parcel. The only problem is that they're located in Amsterdam and I'm located in Montreal..I would love to visit this shop!
