My wonderful, new Aurora Terra arrived in excellent condition, a beautiful fountain pen with some of the most desirable qualities to be found in such a pen. I was very satisfied with the price of the item and the cost of shipping. Mr. Dekker took care to make sure that my address was as correct as possible, given the incompatibility of the method of expressing U. S. addresses used by Akkerman. Fortunately, DHL was able to decipher the address correctly and there was no problem with delivery. Packaging was excellent and it is a special treat to receive a package from P. W. Akkerman.
