Traitement rapide: commande du 11/02, envoyée le 13/02.
Colis jamais reçu, à cause de la société postale.
J'ai du écrire des mails de relance toutes les semaines pour obtenir des informations.
Il aura fallu attendre le 21/03 pour obtenir un remboursement.
Le produit est peut être beau, je ne le saurai jamais, mais je trouve que le service client laisse franchement à désirer.
Vous vouliez une bonne appréciation? Vous auriez du me renvoyer ma commande ou alors ne pas attendre plus d'un mois pour me rembourser.
Je suis très déçu.

You did not receive your order because the postal companies failed to deliver it to you. We have had to contact them multiple times before finally receiving a reply, one month later. We understand your disappointment, but unfortunately we were depending on the postal companies in this case, and as long as they don't get back to us (because it takes them a while to do an investigation on missing parcels), there is no update we could have given you and not much more we could have done. We kept you informed as good as we could.
After finally having an outcome and receiving your order back in our store after it was missing for three weeks, we made a full refund as you requested.
