I ordered a fountainpen online and got very disappointed as the item was not in stock. The website is not up to date, this was not the first time. I've had it two times before when I was in the store and asked for pens which were available on the websites of this company. There are also so many friendlier pen shops in the Netherlands that I would rather go there.
