I discovered this company in October of 2022. Since my first purchase, I have always been treated like a VIP with them. I have made several purchases since and I have always been extremely satisfied with the products and I have always been amazed by their customer service. I am located in Canada and always look at this store before looking at any other store for my purchases. Even if they are the same price as a local store of even a few dollars over from somewhere else, I will purchase from them because of the outstanding quality of their customer service. If you are a fountain pen enthusiast, you will not be disappointed with this store ! They have a great advice and will do their best efforts to truly satisfy their customers. They always reply very quickly to any emails.
