It is hard to believe that I have not received my package a week after my purchase. However, more important is the fact that after paying more than 20% of the original value of my product (price checked and doubled checked) and being charged 15 EUR for "Shipping", this company chose an ordinary delivery post (cheaper than others) and UNRELIABLE to deliver a LUXURY product. That is ILLOGICAL and hard to assimilate into my mind. The only thing this company is well known for is its GRIDENESS to earn money WITHOUT ANY RESPECT for an average customer.
