I am in the U.S. and ordered a LE Pelikan (red/white). My bank kept flagging the purchase as fraud, but Akkerman's service person, Rick Dekker, was extremely patient and provided me links to complete the purchase (with a different credit card). The item came quickly, as ordered, carefully packaged and with a tote bag as well! The overall experience was outstanding, especially the marked-down price of the pen.
