First, I was sent a very expensive luxury item in absolutely poor condition. Can happen, although I found it very strange. I agreed with the company via email (and photos) to send the item back and then receive a new one when it arrived. The company has been stalling me ever since. I've written three times since then and haven't even gotten a response to every request. In an email I was promised next day shipping, but that hasn't happened yet and it's been a week! Now I've been waiting for my new item for a total of 3 weeks and am massively losing trust in the Akkerman company. Not sending a package with a new item in stock 3 weeks AFTER receiving the defective and PAID luxury item is completely unacceptable! With every passing day I get the feeling that I'm being held up by the company and I hope that in the end it's not really a scam. I would be happy if Akkerman gave me reason to improve this rating
