Maybe it’s just me, but when I buy something on amazon I want to have a clear overview of when my package arrives. It would be 6/5 if I’d get status on everything without asking. Like every time there is a event eg.: unloading, transportation etc. I’d just get a short notification. Then I don’t have to call, nor waste time of SCL employees. On the other hand, maybe a guide what to fill in forms for 3th party logistics. That would again, save time and unnecessary questions/phone calls. But overall, good job.
