Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our services. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and in case of any damages or constraints during the shipment we strive for 100% satisfaction.
In this specific scenario, as also communicated with you by our Senior Logistics Coordinator Mr. Roy, we must conclude that after reviewing all the photos of your car, we noticed your car was already damaged prior to the shipment and consequently our company cannot be kept responsible for the repair.
Should you wish to discuss the matter again please do not hesitate to contact us, either by phone or email. Or, if you wish we would be glad to make an appointment with you in person to have a cup of coffee and explain the process to you.
