Strengths
Good routes with a network of camping sites. Good vehicle selection and well equipped. Personal facetime meeting was a really good feature and helped a lot with final pre trip preparations.
Improvements or suggestions
Clearer explanation of how the dual fuel tank worked and affected the fuel guage (guage will show full until one tank is empty) would have saved a bit of angst. Clearer explanation of boarder charges to pay would be good. We thought it was all taken care of but had to pay for each border crossing. Do not rely on card payments and have some cash. Card machines were at reserve gates but were not working when we went. We could not pay until after spending 6 days in Morremi/Chobe.
