The idea is great, but the product has poor documentation and lacks stability. If I buy a Synology NAS and I can download SW (surveillance station) from their site, I expect I can download also extensions and camera licenses, without having to search the WEB for a third dealer whatsoever!!!
Strengths
SW offer for their NAS products: these SW applications enable advanced uses of their HW and play an important role in the selection of their HW.
