Bad, they don't respond to support requests
Strengths
I bought two items the same but for different purposes. The surveillance option isn't so good and the after sales support is terrible/non-existent. The storage option I cannot fault and really like, no complaints with the device on this aspect. The surveillance device is going to be sent back for a refund.
