I was actually pretty nervous since I did not know if this was a scam or not. I could not find information on Synology's website indicating that synology-camera-software.com is actually an authorized dealer...or that they are authorized to sell camera license packs to customers in the USA. What I did know is that waiting to receive my license packs by USPS was not acceptable! So, I gave them a try. Thankfully, everything worked.
Strengths
As far as I know, this is the only way to get Synology camera pack licenses without having to wait for them to be mailed. I don't understand why Synology has not addressed this need in a more obvious way.
