The Interviewer was really unprofessional, He came late and barely apologizing, He decided that instead of having an hour meeting 30 minutes was enough to do everything. To do so he totally skipped the introduction of himself and the company, asking me directly to be fast and start explaining my previous work experiences. During my explanation, it was clear that he NEVER read my CV because suddenly, with a surprised tone, he said: "So you never worked in 2020... We don't want people like you" and sincerely that sentence insulted me! After that to don't kill the call instantaneously he decided to ask questions NOT about me and my expertise but about the pandemic plus from his tone I clearly understood that he was irritated to continue the call... To remedy the bad figure, at the end he decided to give me fake hopes in a possible "job" maybe at the end of February if I remember to write to him.
Update: The interviewer called me after having reviewed the feedback and calling me to clarify, he realized that his ways were not appropriate and I trust that in the future he will act more appropriately.
