Site is a bit slow, excellent support and competitive prices. Nice extra touches as the hand written note. Would like to see some better alternatives in the shoe trees section, like the http://www.loake.co.uk/mobile/shoe-care.html. As the basic block are just not as good, and with a thin leather makes the block hard to remote and might make some damage
