The Overall experience was good. I really liked all of the additional information in the site which helped in selecting the right products. The produce was well-packed, and the additional "information newspaper" was a really nice idea. The products were shipped very fast.
However, I was disappointed by the Saphir Pommadier sample amounts I received. I really wanted to try the Burgundy, and I thought that it would be good to extend the samples to the 3-pack they offered - once I ordered. The amounts in the two less-important samples were 4-fold to the Burgundy I really wanted to try, where there barely was anything (nowhere near the amount suggested in the sample product).
