I ordered a shoe care valet. When I received it, there was a dent in the walnut lid. This in turn had skewered the lid, which didn't then close or latch properly. By taking a closer look at the outer packaging box it seemed it was damaged in transit.
I was devastated and frustrated. My next feeling was dread at havung to go through the process of returning the faulty product.
I emailed Jochem de Groot at distinctly different and was extremely helpful and understanding. Jochem immediately started the process of sending me a replacement valet. I didn't even have to send the old one back! Best customer service experience I have ever had hands down. So professional! Highly recommend these guys.
