Buying on-line from The Shoe Care Shoo has been a pleasure. Everything was straightforward and easy. I even called the shop by phone. They quickly answered my doubts. Otherwise there was sone confusion with the information I got about shipping follow-up. I got a few messages with two different follow-up numbers, but everything was quickly clarified and, as a matter of fact I got the parcel Earlier than expected. Packaging was ok. Could have been better. Products were as expected. If I might say something, about them, I’d day that the leather carpet is nice, but the leather on the main side could have been thicker, the two boar brushes are very nice, and my only real complaint is about the CL large horse hair brush, which I am afraid looses way too many hairs. Loosing a few hairs on the first or second use would be normal for such a horse hair brush, but this one continues too loose a lot of hairs after the first uses.I hope it will cease to loose hairs at that rate soon, but I have a number of brushes of similar characteristics from other German brands or makers, and they seem way better. As fir the ceddar oil, I haven’t used it Yet. Anyhow, buying from The Shoe Care Shop was quite convenient, and I am likely to buy from it again. I like their selection of products as well as the whole experience. It is only unfortunate that one brush was not up to expectations.
