I was pleasant if I could know before to pay my country fees. It was more expensive than the objects i bought

Thank you for feedback. We are sorry to read that you had to pay extra fees for having your order cleared from customs. We do warn our customers before check out with the following message: “Important note:
Shipments to countries outside the EU may be charged with import duties or other additional taxes.
Charges vary depending on your customs authority and will be the responsibility of the consignee. The costs for importing goods can be 100% on top of the total order value, so we advise you to double check these costs with your customs authority.”
We do try to be as transparent in shipping fee and custom fees as possible. The shipping fee is visible at the earliest state in the order process but for the Custom fees this is more difficult. These may vary per country, per product but also per situation. That is why we do advise our customers to double check the costs with the customs authority.
