I have not received my product yet. It has not gone well, I have no emails or feedback as to when I will get my product and my credit card has been charged. I do not know how to track my poster that I bought from the museum shop. It’s supposed to ship to me in the US.
Improvements or suggestions
Ship the product, let the customer know when the product is being received, let the customer know when the product has shipped. Follow up with the delivery. Where is my poster?
