The employees answered my questions, I believe to the best of their ability. I believe there was a language barrier so some things I didn’t understand, for instance, I asked if the could tell me what a certain product cost in American money but I didn’t understand what they were saying or if they tried to explain the exchange in different currency.
But that’s not their fault. It’s difficult to figure out the exchange rate especially when it changes every second of everyday.
Improvements or suggestions
The possibility of teaching employees not just the American exchange rate but all the different countries. Perhaps every employee could have an exchange rate APP on their phone to look up.
