My experience of on-line shopping at The Van Gogh Museum has been very positive. I ordered on-line from the UK. I originally went on the site to purchase some gifts during the Coronavirus Lockdown. I was pleased to be able to support art galleries in this way at a time when they were forced to close to the public. I have returned to the site to buy more products, which I have found to be both beautiful and of good quality. I bought some things in the sale, which I thought were very reasonably priced.
Improvements or suggestions
I don't have any suggestions for improvements with your customer service, but I think that two Japanese prints are mislabeled. I had wanted to buy the giclee print "Cherry Blossom and Shrike' by Utagawa Hiroshige but I think it has been mixed up with 'Japanese Lillies and a Jay' by the same artist and so I was reluctant to purchase in case I received the wrong one. Everything was closed at the time and so I was not able to ask. If you could amend your labelling, I would still like to purchase the shrike print.
