I loved the idea of purchasing the items from the museum, but it has not gone well. I thought it would be easy delivery by Canada Post, but it went through DHL, which now on top of delivery cost I paid, want handling fees and brokerage fees, which is totally unnecessary, and makes purchasing from you expensive. I have not received package , as I refused to pay brokerage fees, and informed them, i will clear customs myself, have not heard back, so may now not receive my package. You can discuss this with DHL, and do not use these companies, and you will make it easier for people to buy from your store.
Improvements or suggestions
Use regular Netherlands Postal service for all international purchases, to make it less expensive for people to buy from you, as it is a scam to charge brokerage and handling fees. I hope you will contact DHL to release my package, or just cancel my order and cancel Visa cost. Please let me know how you are handling this. Otherwise i love the idea of being able to purchase from you in the future.
