My order was processed very promptly but my excitement was dampened (literally) when some of my items arrived wet, soggy, and smelly. It was repacked by DHL so I'm not sure who is at fault here. I sent an email with pictures to the Van Gogh Museum and they quickly responded and took care of the problem and will replace the damaged items. I am very happy with their customer service.
Improvements or suggestions
May I suggest that items ordered are sent in better packaging (preferably waterproof) to avoid any type of damage in transit.
