I realised that i had ordered the wrong notebooks soon after placing the order online. the website was helpful in directing me to customer services (see below). once i spoke to customer services they changed the order, organised the paying of the extra cost and the correct goods arrived very soon thereafter. an excellent service all round. i am delighted with the order nad wth the service, thank you.
Improvements or suggestions
I telephoned customer services. The english version optiion was permanently engaged and then cut off many times. eventually I chose the dutch language option and got through straight away where a very helpful person sorted out my problem straight away. you might do something about your english version telephone option.
