Unfortunately my order contained a billing address but not a shipping address, although I know that I entered one. I was not contacted about this problem until my order was returned to your warehouse, and I replied with the shipping address. Since that time, earlier this week, I have not received a response to my request that my order be resent.
Improvements or suggestions
Do not allow orders to be placed without addresses. Had my order been flagged, I would have known that the address needed to be reentered.
