Improvements or suggestions
It was confusing when I received different emails indicating that my order shipped and another that said my order was going to ship at a later date. Because my order had two similar items, I did not know which item was shipping immediately and which was shipped at a later time. It would have been helpful if the emails clarified which exact items were shipping and when. I would have preferred to get both items together to save on shipping.
