I ordered a canvas of Field with Irises for my father’s 80th birthday. It said it would arrive on time when I purchased it and so far it’s 2 days late with DHL saying no estimated delivery date. I paid the import taxes immediately. On top of that, I wrote to the contractor that did the replica because they addressed the item to me, not my father as requested, and they got some details of the address wrong. That is not why the item has been held up as far as I know as it would be fairly easy to get it right. Anyway, my email was ignored. So I have to say so far I’m pretty disappointed. My Dad only turns 80 once and he’s still not received his gift. Hopefully it will arrive in the next few days. I really wish I were contacted about this, not ignored.
Improvements or suggestions
Customer service really needs to improve. The only contact I’ve had about this is to fill in this survey. It would have been better to get a return email.
