Having seen the Van Gogh Alive exhibition in London, I decided to buy a scarf. I could not find a way to purchase online from the gift shop at the London exhibition, but I was directed to your website. I found what I wanted and ordered it. I had some difficulty because my credit card company wanted to be sure it was a valid purchase by me, but after it was cleared I had no difficulty. There were a lot of emails from DHL, and I was happy with how the delivery was handled.
Improvements or suggestions
I had the scarf shipped directly to my friend. I wonder if the shipping charge would be the same if I ordered several things and had them shipped to my address, or whether each scarf would incur the same shipping charge no matter how many I ordered. I don't think that information was offered on your website.
