I am very disappointed to receive a defective canvas print. I have written to printing on demand.com and Van Gogh Museum Shop. Mr Hugo de Hoop gave me a set of instructions to fix the defect. But I am no expert in framing or working with canvas print and afraid I will further damage the print instead of fixing it. I have requested a replacement print or a refund from the museum and have yet to hear back from the museum.
Improvements or suggestions
Replace the defective/damage print asap or issue a refund including the shipping cost. Take care of your customers is of priority.
