Very bad experience. I am still not able to receive the package due to your shop did not pass the delivery address and phone number to DHL. The package did not arrive my home on the DHL expected delivery date and nobody contact me. Finally I found out DHL has only half of the address and no contact number were provided to DHL. But my input in your system is correct. The package is now still not delivered to me and DHL said the item is stuck somewhere and can't tell when will be delivered. This is very bad experience.
