A lovely personalised experience. I contacted after having an issue with my cart and Saskia replied straight back, and solved the issue immediately. The shipping was very fast in a time when that is frequently not the case with the conditions brought on by the pandemic. I had a follow up email from Saskia with hanging instructions for the wallpaper I ordered which was a very nice touch, I am very happy with the purchase it is beautiful quality.
Improvements or suggestions
I was taken by surprise with the duties and taxes due for a purchase over $1000K in Australia, if there had been a note of this in checkout it would have been very helpful. Otherwise a superb experience, with knowledgable, expeditious, and highly personable customer service.
